Notti was fatally stabbed in the abdomen area during the fight.
He was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared dead shortly after arrival. Initially, Kelvin was initially charged with first-degree murder, but later, the charge was reduced to second-degree manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon after authorities determined that Notti had provoked the fight.
